Incentive to Education

Encouraging employees to develop additional skills and commit to continuous learning is part of the Moving Actions of Rohden Vidros. The incentive aims to assist the employee in the amount paid for monthly fees in Technical Courses, Graduation, Post-Graduation, among others, varying progressively according to the length of time in the company and length of service.

Pink October and Blue November

Every year the Pink October and Blue November campaigns take place. Awareness actions are carried out on the importance of breast self-examination and cancer prevention. In addition to these important initiatives, in 2020 Rohden Vidros carried out campaigns contemplating an action aimed at raising funds for the cause.

At the time of vaccination, the vaccination of employees who are interested in getting vaccinated is informed and scheduled at the company. The amount is paid 50% by Rohden Vidros.

Campaign for the prevention of COVID, and also on other vaccines, with the objective of preventing and preventing the spread of diseases. Campaign for the Use of PPE

Campaign for the Use of PPE

Starting in April 2021 and expected to last for more than 1 year, the campaign for the use of PPE by Rohden Vidros aims to draw people's attention to the use of Personal Protective Equipment to prevent work accidents and/or other accidents . The campaign counts on the participation of the children of the group's employees, in photos and/or videos with a focus on prevention, with the objective of moving employees and the community in the search for a healthier and safer life.
